Overview

The Level 2 IT Technical Support role involves managing, deploying, and supporting network infrastructure while ensuring uptime and meeting client business objectives.

In Short

  • Manage and support network infrastructure
  • Perform audits of IT infrastructure
  • Support servers, workstations, and network devices
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery systems
  • Troubleshoot networks and systems
  • Document processes and provide end-user training
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Proactively escalate complex issues
  • Continuing education on relevant technologies
  • Work collaboratively in a customer-oriented team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in network infrastructure
  • Experience in a Windows environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Firewall experience with ACLs, NAT, and VPN
  • Support and configure Windows 10/11 workstations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 deployments
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols
  • Curiosity and desire to learn new technologies
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • On-call availability may be required
