Overview

The Service Desk Agent - Level 1 position involves providing remote support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via telephone and email.

In Short

  • Remote work setup.
  • Working schedule: Thursday to Monday OR Friday to Tuesday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Manila Time.
  • Salary range: $1,200 - $1,300 monthly.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OSX preferred.
  • One year of help desk experience required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Support for enterprise applications desired.
  • Benefits include 13th Month Pay and personal time off after 90 days.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of computers, both Windows and Mac OSX.
  • Experience with email systems and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Support experience with enterprise applications.
  • Ability to document issues and troubleshooting steps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Active Directory.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory is a plus.
