Overview

This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, acting as the voice of the company. We are seeking an experienced IT Support/Help Desk Engineer to join our expanding team, prioritizing exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Troubleshooting PC and Mac issues via remote login or onsite visits
  • Troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite issues
  • Updating client IT documentation and tickets
  • Contacting vendors on behalf of clients
  • Resolving malware and virus issues
  • Ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Monthly financial bonus in addition to salary
  • 15 PTO days and additional benefits

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Strong familiarity with Mac OS and Windows
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite
  • Moderately experienced with Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Virus/malware removal and prevention skills
  • Comfortable working with various clients and vendors
  • Desire to learn independently and on the job
