Parachute Technology is looking for a highly experienced IT Deployments Senior Systems Engineer to join their remote team, providing superior technical expertise and customer service.

• Manage and maintain the ImmyBot platform for automation tasks.
• Develop and optimize PowerShell scripts for desktop preparation.
• Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor job performance and troubleshoot failures.
• Act as a subject matter expert for automation tools.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 environments.
• Handle escalated tickets and mentor team members.
• Update IT documentation and assist with projects.
• Work with clients and various tech environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT support with remote/help desk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PC and Mac issues.
• Proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft 365.
• Expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• IT certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft MD-100, CompTIA A+).
