Senior Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in on-premises Exchange, Microsoft 365 (M365), and Proofpoint to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise email systems, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 email solutions.
• Perform migrations between on-prem Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• Manage and configure Proofpoint email security solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot email flow and security threats.
• Work with Active Directory and Azure AD for email security.
• Implement email security best practices.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for email-related incidents.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience with Proofpoint administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with email security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
