Connect for Health Colorado is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to support the company infrastructure and applications, ensuring efficient business processes and operations.

In Short

• Evaluate existing systems and provide technical direction.
• Oversee development of software and hardware requirements.
• Plan and implement systems automation.
• Work with Security Team on data safety.
• Manage Okta Identity and Access management platform.
• Integrate applications with Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications and processes.
• Manage user identity lifecycle.
• Oversee Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions.
• Provide emergency response for technical issues.

Requirements

• Colorado resident.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years in user support in a cloud-first environment.
• 4+ years in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with log management tools.
• Knowledge of OKTA and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
