Connect for Health has a great opportunity for a Project Manager.

In Short

• Responsible for managing and facilitating operational and technical projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate resources, and track budgets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects across various business units.
• Analyze project data and monitor project health.
• Define key performance indicators and success metrics.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Engage effectively with project sponsors.
• Ensure proper change management processes are executed.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the role.

Requirements

• Colorado Resident.
• 3+ Years of Project Management experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, Dragonboat, Co-Pilot/ChatGPT, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile SDLC preferred.
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Lean Six Sigma/Process improvement certification preferred.
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry preferred.
• Change Management expertise preferred.
