Requirements

• Colorado resident.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of marketing experience; 2-3 years in management preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop staff.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with health insurance preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience with WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CRM systems.
