Overview

Ragan Communications is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who is a proven revenue-driven marketer, responsible for generating paid conversions and hitting revenue targets.

In Short

• Own marketing strategy and execution for a defined set of Ragan products.
• Build and optimize full-funnel marketing plans.
• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns.
• Segment, target, and engage audiences.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing.
• Develop revenue forecasts and track performance.
• Monitor performance dashboards and analyze trends.
• Partner closely with content, sales, membership, and operations.
• Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a revenue-generating marketer.
• Ownership of a product or portfolio with accountability for revenue.
• Experience building full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Strong command of email marketing and performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and forecast revenue.
• Experience marketing B2B events or subscription-based products preferred.
• 5-8+ years in marketing roles.
• Domestic travel 5+ times a year.
