In Short

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with go-to-market plans and support business objectives
  • Translate business goals into data-informed marketing plans and use performance metrics to optimize tactics over time
  • Lead demand generation initiatives including digital, email, content, and event marketing
  • Use campaign analytics and marketing data to inform decisions and improve ROI
  • Contribute to messaging frameworks, offering positioning, and content strategy
  • Support account-based marketing and sales enablement efforts in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage content creation, distribution, and amplification to ensure consistency and impact across channels
  • Oversee marketing project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure effective execution
  • Support go-to-market planning for new offerings and contribute to refining existing marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, technology, or professional services
  • Proven ability to translate technical or service-based offerings into compelling value propositions for B2B audiences
  • Successful track record leading multi-channel campaigns with measurable business impact (pipeline influence, revenue contribution, client retention)
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives and growth goals
  • Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making, refine strategies, and optimize performance
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise-focused strategies
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
