Overview

Ragan Communications is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who is a proven revenue-driven marketer, responsible for generating paid conversions, hitting revenue targets, and scaling a fast-growing portfolio of events, memberships, awards, and professional development products.

In Short

• Own marketing strategy and execution for a defined set of Ragan products.
• Build and optimize full-funnel marketing plans to drive paid registrations.
• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns.
• Segment and engage audiences using behavioral data.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve conversions.
• Develop revenue forecasts and track performance.
• Monitor performance dashboards and analyze trends.
• Partner with content, sales, and operations teams.
• Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a revenue-generating marketer.
• Ownership of a product or portfolio with accountability for revenue.
• Experience building full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Strong command of email marketing and performance optimization.
• Able to analyze data and adjust tactics in real time.
• Experience marketing B2B events or subscription-based products.
• 5–8+ years in marketing roles with increasing responsibility.
• Domestic travel 5+ times a year.
