In Short

• This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role directly responsible for the core marketing infrastructure and tactical execution across the full funnel.
• Own the setup and optimization of all marketing systems and analytics.
• Drive campaigns and performance analysis to generate high-quality opportunities.
• Implement continuous testing (A/B) and advanced nurturing paths to maximize conversion efficiency.
• Onboard and integrate new Marketing AI tools and agents into the stack.
• Finalize all distribution channels and manage budget allocation for campaigns.
• Establish a rigorous A/B testing framework to optimize messaging.
• Manage the corporate website as a lead capture and performance asset.
• Conduct daily monitoring and optimization of channel performance.
• Produce comprehensive ROI reports on launch performance and key learnings.

Requirements

• 8+ years in marketing leadership or similar roles.
• Extensive experience with GTM execution and new product launches.
• Demonstrable track record of designing and delivering measurable growth.
• Educational background in Science (BSc., MSc., or PhD) or equivalent experience.
• Expert level in executing marketing programs targeted at Pharma & Biotech personas.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/software business models.
• Proven track record with digital performance and content marketing.
• Experience with brand management and leveraging content as a demand generation tool.
• Familiarity with AI models and their application in life sciences.
• Proactive approach thriving in a fast-moving environment.
