In Short

• Seeking a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to bridge AI models with scientific challenges.
• Design and implement Python SDKs for ML/AI models.
• Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use.
• Guide customers on best practices for cloud integration.
• Lead technical onboarding and provide hands-on support.
• Master modern cloud deployment patterns using containers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for users.
• Build and maintain technical documentation and tutorials.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Business Development teams.
• Full professional fluency in English is required.

Requirements

• Advanced Python proficiency and clean coding skills.
• Experience with cloud deployment, especially AWS.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience with SDKs and APIs integration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• MSc or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
