Overview

The AI Solutions Engineer at Experian will design and implement AI-powered automation solutions to enhance sales productivity and improve go-to-market processes.

In Short

Develop generative AI agents using technologies like ChatGPT and Azure OpenAI.
Automate sales workflows including lead prioritization and email generation.
Define and monitor SLOs/KPIs through automated dashboards.
Collaborate with sales and data teams to identify automation opportunities.
Integrate AI capabilities into CRM systems.
Monitor and evaluate AI tool performance.
Develop training and documentation for AI tools.

Requirements

3+ years of experience building production ML systems in Python.
Expertise in SQL and Git.
Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI and Azure AI.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Experience deploying AI workloads using Docker or Kubernetes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
