Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and facilitating operational and technical projects across the Connect for Health organization.

In Short

• Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate a highly functioning and successful team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various business units.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Analyze project data and report on project health.
• Define key performance indicators and success metrics.
• Communicate project status to key stakeholders.
• Engage effectively with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper change management processes are executed.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in all facets of the role.

Requirements

• Colorado Resident.
• 3+ Years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in various project management tools.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile SDLC preferred.
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Change Management expertise preferred.
