In Short

• Work across SeatGeek, clients, customers, and suppliers to ensure projects are scoped, planned, managed and delivered to the highest standards.
• Create and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to project management methodology.
• Drive projects to meet specified business outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage implementation/technical tasks related to SaaS software implementations.
• Manage dependencies across projects and teams.
• Prepare and maintain Risk Registers and Issue Logs.
• Coordinate and chair internal and client meetings.
• Collate/create and distribute project status reporting.
• Influence a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Contribute to the ongoing review of internal working procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology implementations.
• Sound foundational knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Enterprise software knowledge.
• Experience in software delivery; knowledge of or experience in the ticketing industry is beneficial.
• Experience leveraging project management platforms.
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies.
• Process-driven approach with a focus on improvement.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Collaboration skills and ability to hold people accountable.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
