Overview

As a member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you’ll be the voice of SeatGeek to our customers, resolving customer issues through various channels and providing excellent service.

In Short

  • Provide specialized support for customers through email, chat, and phone.
  • Use metrics and insights to improve services.
  • Work with tools like Talkdesk, Zendesk, and Slack.
  • Go above and beyond for customers.
  • Participate in strategy meetings.
  • Handle specialized and escalated customer contacts.
  • Must have a love for live events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service, preferably in a tech startup.
  • Understanding of data-driven decision making.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
