In Short

  • Act as a credible and influential advisor to employees, managers, and business leaders.
  • Support managers in performance management, including assessments and recognition.
  • Execute HRBP operations and processes, including performance reviews and headcount planning.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and support training for managers.
  • Leverage data and tools to influence decision-making.
  • Support design and implementation of key People Team programs.
  • Enable career paths within business units and improve career development.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and develop new policies as needed.
  • Support engagement survey action planning.
  • Provide thought partnership on culture and team effectiveness initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct HR/People experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company.
  • BA (or higher) degree in HR or related field.
  • A passion for numbers and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Scrappy mindset with a 'no task too big or small' attitude.
  • Bright, self-directed, and relentlessly curious.
  • The ability to stay steadfast in a fast-paced environment.
