Overview

Enpal is seeking a Senior Associate Business Planning to develop, automate, and operationally manage business plans for its heat pump business. This role involves close collaboration with various teams and management, focusing on modeling, KPI structures, and informed decision-making.

In Short

• Develop and automate existing business plans - dynamic, scalable, and precise.
• Adjust plans based on operational developments.
• Build a dynamic Northstar KPI concept for overarching management of Enpal Heat.
• Quantitative modeling across the entire funnel - from marketing to after-sales.
• Create and automate business cases for new initiatives and strategies.
• Collaborate closely with BI, Product, Operations, and management.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics with a finance focus from a top university.
• 1-4 years of experience in finance-related roles such as investment banking, consulting, private equity, or venture development.
• Outstanding Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of business relationships and operational thinking.
• Ability to quickly and deeply understand complex, novel business models under time pressure.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
