• Define and manage the lifecycle of requirements for the quality management system of BESS.
• Support verification processes with technical expertise.
• Conduct sample inspections of BESS systems and document findings.
• Review and audit the BESS delivery organization for compliance.
• Assess risks and implement measures to avoid operational risks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in the energy sector, focusing on solar power plants and BESS.
• Expertise in planning and operation of mid- to large-scale BESS projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant German and international regulations.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented work ethic.
• Fluent in German and English (C1+).
