Quality Management Expert (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

Enpal is on a mission to make solar energy accessible and simple, aiming for a solar system on every roof and an electric vehicle in every garage. As a Quality Management Expert, you will contribute to the assurance of quality in photovoltaic systems across Germany.

In Short

• Review photovoltaic systems over 100 kW on AC and DC sides.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with construction guidelines and specifications.
• Document measurements and ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Create technical reports and maintain data in Air-Table reports.
• Identify and document errors, developing constructive solutions.
• Share expertise with the team and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Travel nationwide to support on-site teams.

Requirements

• Completed training as a master craftsman, engineer, or technician in electrical engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in photovoltaic systems in Germany.
• Alternatively, a vocational training in electrical engineering with about 10 years of experience in photovoltaics.
• Familiarity with quality management and technical inspection of PV systems.
• Solid knowledge in AC and DC testing of PV systems.
• Reliable error identification and documentation skills.
• Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• Fluency in German (C2) and good English skills.
