The company sells its products under the brand KHIRON primarily in Germany and Europe to pharmacies and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

In Short

• Maintain and develop the quality management system
• Process deviations and complaints
• Define, document, and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Plan, organize, conduct, and document self-inspections
• Conduct employee training on fundamental QM processes
• Assist in qualifying suppliers, contract laboratories, and contract manufacturers
• Create contracts in the field of quality assurance
• Contribute to the planning and management of qualified suppliers for product manufacturing
• Manage documents, training, and changes
• Evaluate quality metrics

Requirements

• Successfully completed scientific studies or similar training
• Ideally, experience in quality management in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements for medicines and medical products
• Ideally, experience as an internal and external auditor
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• High level of responsibility and commitment
• Structured and reliable working style
