• Oversee company-wide internal events to foster engagement.
• Plan and execute major company-wide events.
• Drive project management from planning to execution.
• Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Brand Design team for event branding.
• Encourage in-office participation for key events.
• Plan team-building and engagement activities.
• Manage employee swag production and distribution.
• Support D&I and community initiatives through events.
• Work with the Employer Brand team for merchandise supply.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in event management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
