Overview

As an Engagement Manager at NeuraFlash, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring successful project delivery while collaborating with a team of experts in AI and technology.

• Develop and manage customer relationships across the NeuraFlash portfolio.
• Provide oversight on project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Participate in customer sales cycles and collaborate with the Sales organization.
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery smoothly.
• Ensure appropriate project team staffing and manage risks.

• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience in delivery leadership.
• 5+ years leading customer engagements of 15+ individuals.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce or AWS platform.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and Contact Center technology.
• Experience in all phases of services delivery and software development.
• Expert in agile software delivery methodologies.
• Expert at project delivery and program management.
• Experience in management of technology and product departments.
• Experience with building project teams for success.
• Strong history of mentoring others.
