Overview

As a Manager of Quality Management at Aspire, you will lead a team of Quality Analysts to ensure the quality of our software releases while implementing an automation-first strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience managing Quality Analysts and Software Engineers in Test.
• Familiarity with web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of code deployments and version control.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience with test automation tools like Playwright and Selenium.
• Knowledge of C# and TypeScript is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Bamboo and GitLabs.
• Ability to work across different time zones.
• BS in Computer Science or related field preferred.
