Overview

Ethos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agent Quality Manager to oversee our Agent Quality function, responsible for maintaining the integrity of our sales practices and detecting fraud.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10 years’ experience in analytics and/or business operations.
• Life Insurance industry experience is essential.
• Expert knowledge of insurance-related matters.
• Strong judgment and ethical standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
