In Short

• Oversee the execution of QA processes and strategy for a specific product area.
• Work closely with Product org to plan and design test cases and strategies.
• Identify opportunities for test automation; write and execute test automations.
• Build and develop a high-performing QA team through interviewing, training, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Product org and other stakeholders to refine domain knowledge.
• Support escalated issues for both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of software quality assurance.
• BSc in a technical field, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QE role.
• Foundational knowledge of various testing types (smoke, sanity, regression, etc.).
• Experience building out test automation.
• At least two years of experience owning the strategic oversight of QA standards.
• Experience as a senior member of a growing team, comfortable acting as a leader.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to occasionally travel and have a valid passport.
