Overview

The Enterprise Implementation Manager at MealSuite will lead complex, multi-community enterprise-level projects, ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Own the implementation process for enterprise-level projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer implementations in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in delivering training on complex products.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Knowledge of MealSuite products or similar SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Customer Management Systems.
• Exceptional multitasking and project management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel between Canada and the USA.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment.
