• We are searching for an Enterprise Implementation Manager with exceptional Project Management skills.
• This role is remote for US based candidates, with quarterly visits to our Toronto, Canada office.
• The Enterprise Implementation Manager will lead the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the Wisedocs solution across enterprise clients.
• Focus on project management, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring client success throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Plan, manage, and execute enterprise-level implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the implementation process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations.
• Establish and refine implementation frameworks and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers.

Requirements

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
