• Lead configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting in collaboration with customers.

• Act as the primary technical contact during implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (asset).
• 2+ years in technical implementation, API integration, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Proficiency in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
• Familiarity with EHR, Insurance Tech, Legal Tech, or Claims Documentation an asset.
