In Short

• Support technical and complex parts of district-wide roll-outs of ClassDojo.
• Ensure complete and accurate data integrations with districts.
• Balance technical expertise with strong documentation and communication.
• Manage concurrent implementation timelines during peak seasons.
• Collaborate with district partners and internal teams.
• Maintain excellent documentation and project status updates.
• Build and iterate on efficient systems and processes.
• Help execute strong quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in K-12 SIS integrations.
• Proven experience in data cleaning and quality checking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional projects.
• High empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Experience in edtech or products for kids or educators.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Familiarity with organization tools like Asana and Salesforce.
