Overview

The Technical Implementation Specialist will help ensure that ClassDojo has complete and accurate data integrations with districts, facilitating seamless setup for teachers and school leaders.

In Short

• Collaborate with district IT teams for ClassDojo setup and rollout.
• Review and ensure data accuracy from districts.
• Investigate and correct data issues with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in K-12 SIS integrations.
• Experience in data cleaning and quality checking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence in teamwork.
• Experience in edtech or with educational products.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
• Familiarity with Asana, Google Sheets, Notion, and Zendesk.
