Overview

The Technical Implementation Specialist (TIS) at OPTEL is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process of traceability systems, ensuring that customer needs are effectively communicated and met throughout the project.

In Short

• Serve as the primary liaison between OPTEL and its customers.
• Guide clients through every phase of the implementation journey.
• Refine and validate technical project requirements.
• Configure the platform to align with client needs.
• Develop custom dashboards or system connectors.
• Provide Level 3 technical support as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation.
• Conduct customer training sessions.
• Analyze system and project performance for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SaaS business models preferred.
• Proven experience in project management or technical implementation.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
• Results-oriented and cost-conscious.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and user experience.
