Overview

The Technical Implementation Specialist at Age of Learning is responsible for providing technical support and expertise to strategic accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Own and drive the technical relationship with customers.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings with technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer support.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or Edtech preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience with Excel and SQL.
• Knowledge of edtech rostering methods.
• Experience with SaaS and hardware support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-directed and proactive.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Zendesk.
