Technical ERP Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Technical ERP Implementation Specialist will support the implementation of an ERP solution for Local/Regional Manufacturing and Affiliate, ensuring compliance and operational excellence standards are met.

In Short

• Work closely with an international team and supplier for ERP implementation.
• Manage configuration and change processes for system changes.
• Ensure technical design documentation adheres to GxP standards.
• Perform installation verification testing.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for compliance.
• Serve as a technical liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on technical progress and risks.
• Participate in audits and support validation activities.
• Work onsite in Denmark from Monday to Wednesday.
• Contract duration from Dec 24 till June 25.

Requirements

• GxP compliance training or certifications.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management principles.
• Experience with technical design documentation.
• Familiarity with installation verification processes.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA).
• Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication skills.
