ERP Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an ERP implementation specialist to join our Accounting team at AMBOSS, a tool empowering physicians globally.

In Short

• Lead ERP system implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with business units to document system requirements.
• Manage system configurations and user access.
• Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system.
• Provide training and support to ERP users.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage communication with ERP providers and partners.
• Support integrations with other critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Experience in leading system implementation projects.
• Knowledge in Finance and German Accounting.
• Extensive experience in project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and C1 German.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation is a plus.
