In Short

• Own the onboarding and integrations of customers and partners to the Breezeway Assist product.
• Serve as the lead technical point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase.
• Guide customers on how to best utilize Breezeway products and technology.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product and Engineering to support clients.
• Identify process improvements and communicate customer feedback to teams.

Requirements

• Experience in professional services or customer success in a SaaS setting.
• Prior experience delivering software implementation projects.
• Excellent communication skills for all levels of an organization.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
