Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in implementing products and analyzing customer data to provide insights, supporting the Customer Success team at Eleos Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical support or analysis.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Basic understanding of software configuration and testing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive learning mindset and adaptability to new tools.
• Healthcare or startup experience is a plus.
• Open to travel opportunities to customer sites.
