IT Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an IT Specialist at Eleos Health, you will manage IT infrastructure and employee technology experience, focusing on support, systems management, security, and compliance.

In Short

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for macOS devices and SaaS applications.
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, and device issues.
• Manage user lifecycle including onboarding and off-boarding.
• Support devices via MDM (JumpCloud).
• Order and manage hardware such as MacBooks and peripherals.
• Administer SaaS applications and manage Slack workspace.
• Document processes and maintain asset inventory.
• Work closely with the security team to enforce access controls.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support is required.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support / Help Desk (Tier 1–2).
• Strong experience in macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with JumpCloud or similar tools.
• Experience managing SaaS tools and user provisioning.
• Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
