GTM Operations Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Join the Revenue Operations team as a GTM Operations Analyst.
• Own the analytics engine behind the Sales organization.
• Build dashboards and run analyses to ensure decision-ready data.
• Work closely with Sales leadership and Finance.
• Identify data quality gaps and drive improvements.
• Prepare performance summaries for weekly reviews.
• Investigate discrepancies in Salesforce, Superset, and Tableau.
• 2–5 years of experience in relevant fields required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and dashboard tools.
• SQL proficiency is essential.

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity about performance drivers.
• Commitment to data accuracy and resolving inconsistencies.
• Experience with CRM, BI tools, and finance models is a plus.
• Familiarity with leading indicator frameworks is beneficial.
