Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical support or analysis.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive learning mindset and adaptability.
• Basic understanding of software configuration and testing is a plus.
• Healthcare or startup experience is advantageous.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning.
