In Short

• Join the GTM Operations team as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer.
• Manage Salesforce system integrity, workflows, and improvements.
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Create custom objects and support light development work.
• Support integrations with other systems and manage data imports.
• Build reports and dashboards for accurate insights.
• 2-5 years of Salesforce experience required.
• Detail-oriented and organized with stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Salesforce experience in an Admin or Admin/Developer capacity.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model.
• Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, and data management.
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, and data tools.
• Experience supporting Sales or business-facing teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
