This role is for a highly experienced Salesforce Administrator who is also growing into Salesforce development, focusing on designing and scaling a complex Salesforce system.

Starting compensation at $130,000+, based on experience.
70% Salesforce Administration and 30% Development initially, evolving to a 50/50 split.
Responsibilities include Salesforce architecture, data models, and workflow automation.

Collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams is essential.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
Advanced knowledge of Lightning Experience and Salesforce Flow.
