Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist implements the AcuStaf staffing and scheduling solution to meet our clients’ needs while performing business process analysis, consultation, design, implementation, training, deployment, and documentation.

In Short

• Configures, tests, and deploys enterprise applications and business processes for clients.
• Coordinates with clients to identify project resources and manage schedules.
• Prepares presentations and gains consensus from clients and the implementation team.
• Translates client business requirements into application configurations.
• Prepares training materials and facilitates training sessions.
• Supports clients post-deployment to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Promotes AcuStaf's capabilities and identifies sales opportunities.
• Participates in cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts internal educational sessions on the AcuStaf platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Communications or relevant experience.
• 1+ years of Software as a Service implementation experience.
• Experience as a project lead or functional consultant.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements definition.
• Experience with Microsoft Office product suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
