Overview

The Implementation Specialist at EverHealth is responsible for implementing solutions for customers, providing training and consulting, and managing multiple customer projects in the healthcare technology sector.

In Short

• Host webinar training sessions for customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation process.
• Manage overall implementation projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide consultancy on best practices for software usage.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Manage 20-35 customer projects simultaneously.
• Become a product specialist within the organization.
• Work creatively to meet unique customer needs.
• Work from 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain or Central time.
• Eligibility for remote work within the USA.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in customer implementation or consulting roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable time management skills.
