Overview

The Implementation Specialist will play a central role in scaling the presence of Endeavor's financing platform across dental practices nationwide, contributing directly to practice growth and improved patient access.

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Endeavor financing platform in dental practices.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years in an implementation, project management, or client onboarding role.
• Organized and adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Able to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical audiences.
• Client-centric approach with a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
