Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Specialist, you will facilitate the onboarding process of new dealerships, ensuring product and customer success while being the primary point of contact for the dealerships.

In Short

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new dealerships.
• Be the primary point of contact for dealerships during onboarding.
• Work closely with the sales operations team.
• Coordinate internal resources for onboarding.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks during onboarding.
• Ensure accuracy of dealership data.
• Transition to Customer Support Manager.
• Monitor onboarding timeline and KPIs.

Requirements

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable reaching out via phone.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
• Effective listener with strong problem resolution skills.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
