Overview

We are seeking a proactive, strategically-minded Account Success Manager to join our team and serve as the trusted business advisor for our key automotive dealer accounts. This role is essential for driving customer value, maximizing product adoption, and ensuring high levels of customer retention and revenue expansion.

In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for your portfolio.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) with stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary business partner for assigned dealers.
  • Monitor account health and usage data.
  • Solicit customer referrals and testimonials.
  • Lead the full customer lifecycle post-sale.
  • Serve as a product expert and consultant.
  • Create and deliver customized training sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments.
  • Propose and document process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in CRM software.
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft applications.
