Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at EcoInteractive, you will be responsible for standardizing and transforming client data, engaging with clients, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.

• Own and deliver complex/enterprise-level implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
• 5-7 years in SaaS implementation, including enterprise-level projects.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
• Success in leading complex client-facing implementations.
• Excellent time-management and organization skills.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Trifacta is an asset.
• Authorized to work in the US.
