Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering successful client implementation & onboarding of a E/CTRM solution. You will be responsible for configuring our SaaS platform to meet client requirements, performing light scripting and data-related tasks, and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a client-focused mindset.

In Short

• Configure the E/CTRM platform according to client requirements.
• Carry out system setup, user management, and workflow configuration.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data validation.
• Provide training on how to use the system to customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Run workshops and training sessions with client teams.
• Manage and track tickets for timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to testing (UAT, functional, integration testing).
• Support post go-live activities including hypercare.
• Identify gaps and propose effective enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in implementing SaaS solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in energy consulting.
• Understanding of energy markets and trading processes.
• Strong SQL skills for data queries and reporting.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset for designing workarounds.
• Strong initiative and results-driven.
• Comfortable in an unstructured and rapidly evolving environment.
